mix some:
lemon juice or fancy vinegar
olive oil
garlic
spices

over organic greens, tomatoes, cheese, blueberries & pecans.

If you HAVE to have meat, throw in some turkey or salmon.

since you make it yourself - no sugar, no soybean oil, and no "special sauce"
