Phennommennonn Forum Administrator 07/20/2013 05:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In 2008, I voted for Obama because I was sick of W's push to destroy the Constitution. I was lied to. In 2012, I wrote in Ron Paul. Yesterday, I received an email from MoveOn.org (a group I formerly supported), telling me to rally for Trayvon. A jury trial was held and there is no indication of racial motivation for the verdict, but I am supposed to support the Federal government coming in and charging him with a crime after a state jury acquitted him? MoveOn was obsessed with stopping government encroachment of individual rights when W is President, but now they want me to support encroachment? See you MoveOn, and f-u to all my progressive friends who don't see what they are trying to do. Quoting: Llamacorn 43753565 you had me at fuck you political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end. |

I kept sending them requests to take me off the list, but like typical liberals....they didn't listen. What finally did it was some bitch there sending me an e-mail saying we had to get rid of the 2nd Amendment because of Sandy Hook. I fired back a vicious tirade in which I accused her of programming Adam Lanza. Never another peep from them. |

I voted for Obama because I thought he would roll back the federal government's overreach, but he just kept the train rolling along. The solution is to reject both parties. LMAO It wasn't about "downsizing," it was about supporting individual rights. Obama claimed he would usher in transparency, close gitmo and stop rendition among other things. He lied. I fell for it in 2008, but I've learned my lesson. Problem is the Red Team is just as bad. I wrote in Ron Paul in 2012 but of course that was a wasted effort. Suggestions? |

The only immediate thing I've come up with is changing the way we conduct elections so that all the parties run their respective candidates in a general election and then the two winners would face off in the final election. This would eliminate the "throwing away your vote" factor in voting your conscience. I doubt we'll ever see changes like this though since we are so thoroughly divided. Everyone is completely sucked into the false left-right paradigm. |

A lot of people knew the election was a farce midway into the primaries. This is why we should let all the party candidates run in a general election and then have a run-off between the two winners. This would fix their shit. Of course Ron Paul would have won (most likely) if he ran independent or libertarian ticket. Not sure if that would have fixed everything, but it sure would have helped. Same needs to be for all the congressional and senate seats. |

See you MoveOn, and f-u to all my progressive friends who don't see what they are trying to do. Quoting: Llamacorn 43753565 Moveon.org is brought to you by George Soros and Co. It's one of the largest internet-based 'destroy America from within' organizations in existence. When moveon supports anyone or anything, you should know immediately that it is something/someone who will help further the cause of bringing down the US. When they speak negatively of someone or something, then you should know it's because said person or thing would impede their plan for the destruction of the US. GWB certainly made some big mistakes, and I was no fan of his, but he was only a pimple on the ass of evil that is Barack Obama. EVERYTHING was far better with Bush in office. Moveon has no problem with government infringement...they just didn't like Bush because he wasn't THEIR kind of infringer. The economy did very well under Bush until the very end, and it was Soros and his buddies that orchestrated the completely unnecessary crash; it was NOT the result of 'George Bush's failed policies' (to borrow the Obama campaign phrase). As much as I hate McCain and would like to see him sent back to a POW camp in Vietnam, he would have been far better than Obama, if only for fact that we wouldn't have the Obamacare monkey wrapped around our necks choking the life out of us. And for all of Romney's shortcomings, he would have been the first DECENT man in office since Reagan, and his heart, mind, and effort would all have been intent on setting the US back on a course of prosperity and safety. Obama is moveon.org incarnate. They are an America-hating institution...a parasite conceived to destroy its host as thoroughly as possible. |
