Did the worker not properly secure the harness? Did the victim have the obligation to NOT ride when, according to witnesses, she KNEW it was not secured? Was her obesity the real cause? Should these rides have absolute weight restrictions? [ link to usnews.nbcnews.com] Since her identity has not yet been released, why jump to conclusions unless this is a personal pet peeve of yours as it stands now the roller coaster worker neglected to secure the woman properly and when she voiced her concerns she was negated by another worker when she voiced her concerns this substantiated by witnesses. Stick to details. Did you not read the story with her name and photo??!! She was obese. Sheesh. If she KNEW the harness was not secure, SHE should not have let the ride proceed.
