How about just wiping out ALL debt for everyone making $100,000 a year or less. That would include most of the 99%.
If you cannot live off of $100,000 a year, then you have a MAJOR problem.

To add to that rant above though, the guy in the video does make a good point that on top of it all, we the tax payer, will be stuck with the bill.
