I think fat men are worse. Fat women generally realize they are an eye sore and generally remain quiet/docile. The fat men on the other hand are just all around nasty people...some even try to offset their weight with their intelligence lmao.

If this is the case you have a serious health problem that needs attention now or you will die young. Average women need about 1600 calories a day. If you only eat 1200 and run 3 miles a day and you are not skin and bones there is something wrong with you.

I'm not the person you were responding to but I'd like to join in this conversation and what you said just reminded me of an endocrinologist I went to years ago, after trying Aldactone and nearly dying I found a new doctor and he wanted me to try Metformin but my SIL told me it really makes you sick to your stomach so I just gave up, thinking my hormone imbalance was just producing cosmetic complaints so I would just deal with it the way I had always, no more drugs. Anyhow I never went for my adrenal scan because I'm allergic to the dye they use and I hate the effects of Benadryl they wanted me to take beforehand. Now I wonder if there's a tumor?

Anyways I have always been thin and heard occasional comments from people about it when I was younger but since turning 40 last year I have gained weight and feel flabby. However. Even though I'd love to get back into shape if I do I will become relatively flat chested (or what they call flat-chested these days.) It's a trade off. I think I looked better thin but I did feel self conscious being little bitty tittied. Not sure which way I want to go....ladies wwyd?

You can often see fat people who still project a sense of health, they look good, they look like they should be that size.

I agree and what's even more disgusting is the fat little porker kids they usually have with them. I see alot of overweight men too but nothing compared to the morbidly obese women I see virtually everywhere. Yes. Disgusting!

I am too thin. 5ft 4 in and weigh 48 kg. I would love to have a bit of weight on me as I think it would make me look younger. I have 2 beautiful sisters who are a lot larger than me. They have a lot more confidence than I do and wear clothes I wouldn't dare.

OP should worry about himself. If larger woman are healthy, then who cares. I think a lot of bigger women would be happier about their appearance than I am of mine. At the end of the day if they are happy then good for them.
