Re: Letter from Retired Border Patrol Agent
I don't 15418.

Not at all.

But what we have created for ourselves is a tar baby.

We cannot nor would it be moral or ethical to round up and deport every single illegal alien in this country.

The consequences would be devastating financially. It would rip families apart and much much more.

Even now Bush has done nothing to seal the border between Mexico and the US.

The border between Canada and the US is nearly air tight. Why? Do we have pesky Canadians crossing over to get jobs here for less than minimum wage, and enjoy our welfare?

No?

But the Mexican border is a hot arrid, dangerous seive.

Why has Bush not been brought to task on this? There would not be ten million illegal Mexican workers here in the first place if the perder were really guarded.

Gaurd the damned border!

And then there are the corporations, and the corporate farms.

The little underaged girls pick fruit at orange groves in Florida for about two dollars an hour. This happens in California too. They pick far more fruit than you or I would. I've seen it. It's backbreaking work.

Do we pay them honest wages or do we keep paying what we're paying for our food?

Corporations are making bigger profits by paying less for labor in hiring illegals.

How many corporate heads have done time for this practice?

None?

Why not?

These are the people who are getting rich from the labor of illegals, not the illegals and not you or me.

The people who must be prosecuted are the politicians who allowed this state of affairs to occur and the corporate owners and managers who took advantage of these people.

Prosecute them.

The problem is, US-Globalist leadership has set the flooding of our nation with ordinary people as a policy to dilute and take down our social systems.

This crime against the appropriate and lawful function of immigration has been aided and abetted by Congress and the Judiciary.

It's the international Corporatist Globalists at work; and they are taking down every democratic and republican form of government, to install a unilateral and planetary form of dictatorship.

The problem is not with the Mexicans or the Vietnamese or the Muslims. The problem is with Globalist leadership who have turned against the Constitution, against the well-being of our citizen-populations, against the lives of our workers and families.

The fault lies with the Council on Foreign Relations, the NYTIMES, the WashPOST, the Trilaterals, the Bilderbergs, the Federalists, the Objectivists, the Leo Straussians--all the ELITIST/NAZIS left over from the Third Reich (which were imported to this country by the CIA as Operation Paperclip).

We've been invaded by Nazi mindset, and an ET over-arching inter-dimensional power play : possessing the leaders of the nations with sexual profligacy, corruption and blackmail.

The Nephilim are BAAAACK, in force, unseen but fully in control of our planet's leadership--telepathically.

Our leaders act like barbaric animals or hide themselves away from accountability--like snakes in their dens. Don't you wonder WHY this is so???

Have you called your Senators lately?

They have no more intention of responding to our concerns than the cockroaches in your kitchen!

88376: Correct you are. Except for one thing. Two wrongs do not make a right. Why not deport the 11 or 12 million illegals back to wherever they came from? It wouldn't 'rip families apart'...just because a child is born here doesn't HAVE to grant automatic citizenship. And YES, the repercussions of something this drastic would be great: May $5.00 for a head of lettuce, $15 for strawberries, etc. But I for one would rather see Americans become outraged over the price gouging of bigag than to continue to enslave people. BIG BUSINESS period...whether it's bigpharma, bigag, or whatever, IS DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY. Fighting to further enslave people from other countries, (countries that are just as corrupt as our own) is just plain wrong. I admit the illegals are mostly poor, disadvantaged and desparate, but that doesn't make it right to fight to further enslave them.

Here's what I would do if I were the top chimp in the monkey palace:

1. SECURE THE DAMN BORDERS
2. Make all children entering school have I.D. stating they are citizens
3. Make all people entering hospitals have I.D. stating they are citizens.

No I.D., they get deported. If all the free stuff were not available to illegals, America wouldn't look like such a dream life, and they could demand their rights back in their home countries.

Re: Letter from Retired Border Patrol Agent
Chaiyah, I agree with you completely.

Now that we're more or less on the same page the next step is to look at teh consequences of all possible action and decide what we can live with and what we can't since what needs to be achieved is no longer a matter of following the law.

However the law ought still be implemented where it's effect would benifit society.

The removal of criminal politicians from their positions and encarceration of the same would do nothing to hurt our nation and should be done.

The prosecution and encarceration of all corporate employers who allowed or agreed to the hiring of illegalswould do nothing to harm the nation and should be done.

Closing the border between Mexico and the US would not only not hurt the nation but would be very benificial to the nation and should be done immediately.

Attempting to deport all of the illegals here today is not only logistically impossible and morally and ethically an abhorrent notion but would wreak havoc financially as well as many other ways on our nation.

Even if they were to simply vanish into thin air our nation would be dealt a crippling and devastating blow.

However there are alternatives that would not be comprimising to either the illegals or to the citizens and legal residents of this nation and would in fact be benificial to both.

this is right on the money.

to *Jennifer*: I hate some of the details in the origins of this country as well. I despise the slavery and the genocide... it gives me shivers. But today I love my country. The transgressions of my forefathers don't make me want to just cave-in and let any one take it over. Oh no. In fact, your bloviating is raising my hackles and the more I hear it the more I want to kick your whiny ass *out of my country. Regardless of how this country and its states came about, it is now a soverign nation. And the mexicans, whom I love dearly btw, are genuinely mistaken if they think they can kill the gringo.

The gringo can fight viciously and inventively when aroused, and this kind of talk is doing the trick. Trin's all pissed. Now I'm all pissed. You better go back to mexico before we decide to knock your collective dicks in the dirt.

If you are here in this country illegally, you might as well keep your mouth shut about it or expect to be deported.

Where you and I seem to differ 15418, is in our sense of responsibility to other people. You are right in wanting to secure the livelyhoods and well being of the citizens and legal residents of this nation, but neglect is also a morally unacceptable option. Citizenship does not grant superior status as a human being. It only grants protection within the law.

Also we would have to study the true range of the impact of deporting these people. to my understanding it is far more reching than you might realize, much more so than the price of produce.

Even just the physical removal of 11 million people would cost an obscene amount of money.

Besides, it is morally and ethically untenable.

The Powers That Be in the USSA Govt--all three branches--will not act nor permit us to act to do any of these necessary steps.

Don't you realize this, yet?

They are set against the people's will.

Governing "by consent of the governed" is out the window. They will dictate to us, what will be done; and their viewpoint is that of Globalist.

Further, no law enforcement agent has the courage to call the current leadership, outside Constitutional and civil law.

There is no intention to "correct" anything. Chaos is the order of the day.

Globalists "brought down" the Soviet Union, and they are here to do the same thing to the US, which has purveyed war and violence for about 200 years--for profit, naturally.

No civil initiatives will work; all the bases are covered. We're trapped in a Fourth Reich, as things are.

Period. There are only three routes out of here : Death, Slavery or Deliverance.

Don't you see that?

"Besides, it is morally and ethically untenable." And I suppose it IS 'moral' and 'ethical' to break the law(s) and enter into another country?

I care more about the people of DARFUR, and all the millions of refugees around the globe who are TRUELY fighting for survival...not just wanting to make more money and have free perks, than I do about illegals from Mex., Salvadore, Guatemala, etc., ESPECIALLY since these undocumented intruders have VOWED to overthrow our country. And, btw, they are doing it. I live on the border and I see it every day. Where do you live?

Chaiyah, I do believe that the subject of discussion has drifted.

As much as I agree with your concern over a globalist agenda I can't help but think that the deportation of a huge labor force within this nation is not the answer.

When One of the members of that globalist agenda is sitting in the oval office, we have a problem that must be resolved from the top down. If not those in power will continue to direct the path of this nation.

Re: Letter from Retired Border Patrol Agent
15418, the laws that you speak of have no ethical or moral value.

The law that says that killing someone willfully and in an unprovoked manner or if by neglect one allows or causes the death of another, is a law with moral and ethical value attached.

This means that were the law not to exist, one with moral understanding would act in the same manner as they would if the law were in place.

laws with moral and ethical value exist so that people who have no ethical or moral understanding or don't care about others don't cause injury to others.

Driving in excess of the speed limit in and of itself hurts nobody.

Crossing the border so that a man or a woman can work and build a better life, hurts nobody.

Taking advantage of millions of illegal aliens as a group by hiring them at very low wages does hurt people. And this is something that the politicians and the corporations are guilty of.

I live in Florida and we have a big problem with illegals. The majority don't want citizenship they are here to make money to send back home. So when they return they can live like kings. You are fooling yourself if you believe otherwise. Several have told me this themselves. They don't want to learn English because they are not staying. They show up on the job site packed in vans ; they all live togeather. They try to live in this country as cheap as possible so they can send most of the money back home. How does that help the economy? Yes they are hard workers, but it is not the American dream they are working for. It is to live well when they return back home.

Jennifer--You live in a bubble, the retired gentleman has been on the frontlines of this battle to secure the borders. Strange how we have billions of $'s to spend in useless desert lands, just not any money to build the needed fences and landmines to stop the further rape of US economy. This whole open border affair told me years ago that that this was outright fraud.

Many of us in this country have fallen into the hopeless state of knowing weve been had. So knowing that one is able to know the next step for covert Ops is to further kill off the citizens by neglect in all the areas tyrants have used in the past. Extreme is the rule of the day.

You think they're all little families who 'just want to build a better life?' Guess you haven't heard of M-13...or the THOUSANDS that live in our penitentiaries due to their lawlessness. Don't tell me it doesn't happen...I was one of their victims.

Re: Letter from Retired Border Patrol Agent
88366,

<21264, let me guess?

"If you're not with us you're against us."

Is that it.

If I don't think like a close minded bigot then I must be an illegal alien.

Man, you guys are so damn narrow minded I don't know how you can function around normal people.

If you had any degree of understanding you would not hate these people for working and living in the US.

This is exactly what the beginning of the Nazi era in Germany looked like.

Mark these words.

The continous dehumanization of a group of people so that a few in leadership could enforce brutish laws and little at a time brainwash the masses into believing that the eradication of a whole population is the right thing.

It happened then and it's happening now.

You are part of the brainwashed masses who are just going along with the progrom, or in this case the program.

The culprits are the criminals in office who actively allowed poor Mexican workers to cross the border by minimalizing border security as much as possible. this was wilful neglect.

And the corporations and employers who sought to attract these people who would work for much less than you are willing to work at the same job, thus enriching only themselves.

And you have the temerity to attack the poor workers who come here to better their lives, against the law though not stopped by the law and say that the situation is their fault?

What ego!

So what situation has been created that these people are responsible for? What horrible and untenable position are we in now because of them?

If you must vent your spleen do it at the politicians and the corporations who both passivley and actively brought them to this country and gave them work at illegal wages. Had the wages remained the same for them as for us, what would you have complained of then?

I'm sure you would have found something.

You are your own worst enemies if you think that illegals have taken anything from you.

Investigate every single corporation and politician and prosecute them according to the law. This will improve the standard of living for all the people who matter. Those that work for a living.>

Let's get a few things straight, you arrogant little Liberal Anarchist/Communist/Socialist-loving ass-kisser:

First, I am *not* a bigot (but the sight of all of these 'illegals' coming into this country and demanding undeserved "citizenship" and "rights" is rapidly turning me into one), I am all for *legal* immigrants/immigration.

Second, re: this:

"If you're not with us you're against us."

That is a true statement, because the 'us' is for them being required to obey the immigration laws (that other *legal* immigrants obey).

Third, the 'illegals' *are* taking something: they are taking the services that *legal* citizens pay for with their tax dollars, and which these 'illegals' don't pay a dime for (and no, sales taxes don't even *begin* to pay for the services that they receive), so, the 'illegals' are receiving the services for "free".

As for the rest, like all Left-Wingers, you are just trying to 'muddy-up' the waters. There all *always* corrupt officials involved, and yes, they have to be dealt with, too. That, however, does not change the fact that what the 'illegals' are doing is *wrong*. They are illegally entering this country and demanding that "Citizenship", and "their Rights", be handed to them on a Silver platter, because they too lazy, or too unwilling, to do what other immigants before them have done: *earn* them, though hard work, and determination (and no, 'hard work' and 'determination', aren't 'evil', or 'obsolete' concepts; just hated and despised, for obvious reasons, by you Left-Wingers. - I've got a secret 'tip' for you, though: 'Hard work', and 'determination', is what drives this world (no matter *how* hard you people try to deny it)). That's what people like me object to.

Don't sell yourself short 21264. You're bigot of the worse kind.

Don't think that because I'm capable of caring for people other than myself, that I am weak or a bleeding heart.

You don't want to hold the real responsible parties responsible because it would be too hard. You want people to give you a job and not have to compete for it.

competition is good as long as you have the upper hand, right?

What else do you want handed to you?

Not everyone is motivated purely by self interest, fortunately.

People like 21264, will always be miserable as long as their only motivation is self interest.

Let's make a conscious decision to be motivated by positive forces and eventually we will no longer have all of this fear and hatred that is promoted daily by the selfish and fearful members of society.
