I think your thread title may be slightly misleading in that you state that microchimerism occurs due to sexual intercourse. I think the more correct statement would be microchimerism is found to occur when the woman is IMPREGNATED by a male. I don't think the study is claiming that a woman absorbs a male's dna by osmosis. It's fetal to host dna exchange. So pulling out or wearing a rubber prevents Mc.
