I'm pretty sure that the situation at this point is completely screwed. We should have never allowed Japan to try and handle their own problems. Emergency teams should have been deployed to deal with it and held the Japanese at gunpoint while the world fixed the problem.

Question is, what are we doing about it now and how will we come up with effective means of neutralizing radioactive particles.
