Agreed. However, the number of property transactions just before and just after 12/14 is not insignificant; in any real investigation, the phenomenon would be looked into.

Secondly, this property is that of someone who spoke or was allowed to speak to the media. In the Sandy Hook story we see another strange phenomenon--a small set of persons interviewed, who continue to be interviewed by multiple media outlets, while hundreds of other families (there were 450-600 families with children in Sandy Hook, and thousands of people affected overall) are absolutely silent.

It's not unprecedented, and smacks of a regional gag order, with only select residents given the go-ahead to give limited interviews under specific circumstances.
