The ego is the result of all the programming, mind control, indoctrination and brainwashing through millenniums. This includes its distorted "development" caused by reincarnation and amnesia and its disconnection from our true selves.

Thanks. It seems like the ego is one of the biggest and most powerful ways of keeping people asleep. "Us vs Them", competition, "we are separate", "I need to be the best/fastest/smartest/have the most", etc, and much more are all so polarizing. What a great way to keep masses controlled and fighting amongst themselves. I've found the release technique to be a huge help in trying to understand and circumvent the ego (or, understanding how to love it and let it be). Amazing how it dissipates once you focus love and approval on the ego. But it can be hard to maintain.

Does karma exist as we commonly understand it? Are there some "universal laws" out there? Does doing good deeds rack up some good karma points in the "universal bank account of my soul", somehow?

Well, Karma does exist, but not necessarily the way most people understand it. One can, among other things, "cheat" karma. For example, world leaders take advantage of this "loophole" all the time, but not getting their hands dirty themselves, by instead letting other people, such as soldiers they send to war etc, do the dirty work for them. They will also hire other people to do assassinations etc, or other types of dirty jobs. This keeps them in a "good standing" as far as the Karma goes.

Also, Karma is not set in stone - it also relies largely on personal belief. In a way, we all create our own karma depending on what we believe, and how we act according to that belief. For example, if you believe yourself to be a very unfortunate and lucky person, you will be that person. This is yourself creating your own karma, and it is not the traditional karma of "getting what you deserve", but rather "getting what you BELIEVE you deserve". There is a difference between the two, obviously.

But yet, at the same time, you also have that more "traditional" type of Karma working in the background. Doing good deeds, will give good experiences back, and likewise doing bad deeds will give you bad experiences back.

You also have different forms of Karma such as "geographical karma", as an example people living in poor parts of Africa shows the negative side of that kind of Karma. You have "family Karma", "Past life Karma", etc.

The good thing is that ALL Karma can be reset - past life luggage can be nullified by doing good deeds in your current life, and mentally having a positive state and healthy belief system.

What is the best way to astrally / psychically protect yourself, and remove any bad stuff that may have been directed my way?

First doing a cleansing and removal of negative energies, implants and parasites, then create a mental and astral shield around you that you program into your subconscious to always stay active. It is a bit complex to go into the details about here and now, but I am planning to create a guided meditation in audio format for this purpose soon, that I will post here when its done.

If Oliver Stone was truly anti-illuminati, they would have very likely terminated him by now considering his profession and ability to reach the masses. His son Shawn as well.
