We wanted to give you a heads up that Flickr will be undergoing planned maintenance this coming Thursday, July 25, from 4pm to 10pm PDT.

During this time, Flickr will be unavailable on web and mobile, and the API will not be reachable. There will also be a site-wide notice an hour beforehand to make sure no one is taken by surprise. [link to blog.flickr.net]

Data-mining your photo's into the centralized NSA servers so 'they' know who the crazies are photographing contrails or transport infrastructure for whatever purpose. You're on the list.

Every camera has a completely unique "fingerprint" - from lens-distortions, colour aberrations, faulty pixels etc - aside from the exif data. Re-editing, photo-shopping and filters will have little effect in masking all of these details. FYI.
