I dont think so... the dark spinning structure is clearly made of two vertically orientated rings at 90deg to eachother. Within the centre of that cage of slowly spinning rings appears a light source.

Also due to low light conditions, the long exposure (evident by high noise) would not create any strobe effect to slow down fast spinning things, instead it would create a blurring of anything fast spinning.

could be CGI, good CGI has more details in the model than gets shown on the film, as can be seen here. that's not to say it is CGI though.

Anybody else notice how it stopped spinning the last few seconds of the clip?

It would seem real except for one thing...the video cuts out after 1 minute.
If you're filming something like this you would keep filming untill the object went away.

Thanks. What is interesting is she sent me the picture last week and then someone last night put up a video of something that looked very similar. She only had a camera so I have no idea if the object rotated. I have seen Orbs flying around but nothing with a horizontal or Vertical line running through them. There are many more pictures of colorful objects I have captured, stars, orbs or whatever in that same photobucket folder I linked.

Looks like a balloon with some fins attached, possibly bright led lights inside. Looks to be floating with the wind. Hardly UNBELIEVABLE.

You know how a propellor on a plane will appear to stand still or even rotate slowly backwards sometimes especially in video, due to the frame rate of the video scan vs. the RPM of the prop?

Remember how some tales of ET-style propulsion describe a spherical spinning shell of Mercury, like the 'Nazi Bell' was theorized to function?

What if that spinning mercury shell became at least partially transparent as it eased it's way between this 'dimension' or plane of reality and the next?

I bet it could look like this.
