They economy will not collapse. There's enough energy in various forms to keep things going. The dollar may lose its reserve status, but it will revalue accordingly and the economy will adjust. The people will adjust with it.

When you mix that with fake news, racial and sex distractions, government funded drug runs, and endless wars (awesome for the economy), the 'collapse' will never happen.
