Stuffy control freaks at the tower,
making you count hours.

You feel more comfortable in your chair,
but they want you over there.

Preaching from a car , pounding doors
when youre comfortable online more

They have no mercy for your own ways,
making you preach hours and for days.

Internet is a no no show.
only to their website you can go.

If you went elsewhere say,...
the truth about them will reveal clear as day

Be free of their pride and their control
find a love of Christ that truly glows

That thread title is senseless. Aging and death are not stated as penalties in the theory of evolution. Evolutionary theory also does not say that eternal life is the natural state of humankind.

You're obviously not exempt from these 'penalties' so perhaps your methods should also be questioned? ..if you want to play that esoteric word game.

You know what, never mind.

For fucks sake you are a magnificent troll. Who is this, Tim Tenow?
Anyway, every generation lives longer then the next. So you could say we are evolving. It just takes time,

And you are what? Original? Don't like a thought that is outside of your government programming? (Remember, the government hates God, wants to be your god)
You have posted nothing original, don't you hate it when your programming is so engrained?

Christ was hated by the world, so are His people, they don't speak your language, because they don't see anything of Truth in you, you are just a parrot that has sold out to the dead and dying and soon to be destroyed world of the majority.

God's Kingdom is a Theocracy, yours is a Democracy. The louder you scream, the more you get. God comes as a whisper.
You cannot nor are you able to hear Him because you have not been called out of eternal death by Him.

Your purpose is to show forth the world in all its "glory" as opposed to a loving God that has fixed the times of your departure - forever - and the revealing of His eternal Kingdom for the called elected and chosen before the foundation of the world

She is just a baby Christian, but she is right. No mere mortal would have written a Bible that condemns all of mankind to eternal death, including those that sit on thrones and use Christianity as a tool to rule. God sees them all and answers them all. Some will hear, most will not. Remnant people is what God calls His called chosen and elected.

i have often pondered that illness, physical aging, and eventual death are our very real (and countable, kinda) punishments for a life of 'sin'

but, when you look at that in a broader sense of the world it doesn't seem very fair..

You are right, from where we are standing. Death is our enemy. Death entered into paradise, invited. We are all fallen and have a sin nature (no perfect people)
Jesus has saved us to the uttermost. Our full redemption is at the resurrection when we will receive our glorified bodies, never to die again, or grow old, no time in eternity

It hurts to see these things. But Jesus will remove all these losses when we see Him, we will be like Him, perfected

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

DGN,

What about people who do not die from aging? But die in accidents such as lightning strikes, wild animal attacks, automobile crashes, plane crashes, space shuttle explosions?

Would they magically not die in such events if their DNA was programmed to live forever? Would the astronauts who were blown into a million pieces not die and somehow reform?

Would the 275,000 people swept into the sea during the Christmas Day tsunami been able to survive under water?

Op, obviously you are not well versed on evolution. Thats fine. Why keep picking arguments with people here? You can be of a religious background and post, but if you want to actually discuss evolution vrs. divine creation, read up a little on both before making such an outragious post.

Man has accidents and dies. DNA is not to blame. My intention here is to help who ever thinks mankind is a tribe of mutated monkeys take responsibility for their theories.
