my pet is my avatar. oh, we have a green-cheek conure parrot too.

Funny thing happened today. We took her to the groomer's, a nice place out in the country we have used for years.
We drove home.

Several hours later we know she will be done soon, so we drive back out and my husband gets out of the car to receive our dog.

I can see our camo leash in his hand, but no dog - she won't jump into the car the way she usually does.

He lifts her into the back seat - and boy this grooming job is REally different - hair all different from usual.

It was not our dog!!

Yikes! I jump out of the car. "Where's our dog? Did you give her to someone else?"
No, we were the first pickup this morning, they had 5 little white dogs to groom, and somebody brought a Maltese to us instead of our Bichon.

Well next time I am giving them a photo of us and our dog - that was scary! they should only give out our dog to the 2 of us.
