Looking for a documentary on how to tell if your mk ultra.....help please.

First of all not for me but for my mom, if you have any info to share please do.

Why do I believe my mom to be mk ultra.........

-my grandfather was a mason and so was the brother in laws.
-my grandparents shipped my mom off to shepard Pratt at 10 yrs. (A asylum)
-before that my mother was sexually abused and severely beaten by family members. (This also happened to her cousin)
-while in shepard pratt, she received electro shock and something to do with flashing lights.....doesn't remember anything after lights.

After 3 yrs of this she was shipped to a wealthy all girls school by a anonymous backer.
-she can go into a room and draw a room down to where each electric socket is (plus any minor details) after only a minute in room.
-her therapist introduced her to a wealthy cop, who she eventually married. (B.t.w. I'm before this)
-at 28 she completely cracked and began drugs.

There's more to this but I hope this can give you guys some info to let me know if I'm on to something.
