I find it laughable how the so called "intelligent" proponents of the ancient astronaut theory, believe that almost everything is attributed to Extra-Terrestrials.
(EDIT:Since this has confused some let me paraphrase. I find it silly to believe that everything is being attributed to aliens.)

I am a fan of the show and enjoy watching. But I laughed my ass off over how wrong they are over some of the things they believe in.

The reason that this theory is so popular is only because people today are finding it easier to believe in a physical being (extra-terrestrial) than in a non-physical being(an angel).

Another reason is because their ego dislikes the idea of something they can not understand.

Remember, the inhabitants of Earth are aliens for those that live on other planets. Not all beings in the universe, need to born into the physical realm of flesh and bones.

The source of life is not physical, and it is not aliens. It is something much more profound. Other aliens on other planets have received guidance for their life on their world, and the visitors were not extra-terrestrials.
