'Poll: Answer Honestly Please, Are you Fat?!?'

I'm fat as a whale, but I am working on it. Already lost 30 pounds. I cut out all the processed foods, and my appetite in now normal. No msg to make me hungry. Wish me luck for the remainder of my 100 pounds I need to lose.

218lbs and 7.5% body fat as of last week what would you call that?

Could lose 10-20 pounds, though think I've lost weight over the past few weeks, haven't been feeling well and haven't been eating as much during the day

I run 5 miles a day and live on mostly fruits and vegetables. I have an Olympian physique.

Girls half my age throw themselves at me.

Ok, I voted "a whale". Yes, I honestly did. A fair, fat, over-55, grey-haired Grammy with glasses.

Now, off to do Pilates & take an evening constitutional. :-)

I'm 190cm (6'3") and 125kg (275lbs). Played hockey for 10 years and 'Murican football for 3 years. I'm more strong-fat than just fat.

Edit: I also have a beard.
