If Blacks are under represented in leadership positions. Then it's because they can't compete.....or white institutional racism.

Just the other night I noticed the governor og Hawaii on Hawaii 5 0 abs the commercials had blacks trying to sell everything. The Cascade commercial, Sears and some others. Lately the movies have not put the black guy as president but it use to be a popular thing. Morgan Freeman was the president in one of the asteroid impact movie. The television show called til death (I think) With the guy that played Ray Romano's brother. No black people and frankly blacks would not make sense to the story. Suddenly in the last season they injected this black guy who becomes his best friend. It was so stupid. It was like they got a complaint about how there were no black people in their show.
