If the man thought that the boy was about to break in then he had every right to shoot him. He doesn't know if the boy has a gun or not. He doesn't know what the boy is doing there. He had to break in through the gate to get to where he was. How can the prosecutor decide it was not self defense and not an imminent threat? Again second degree murder indicates some form of intention.

This is all about the same agenda. They do not want white people defending themselves from thugs who are trying to steal from them.
