MOre than likely A new fracking/gas ir oil drilling site there up on the mountain. They send up falres wehn they first complete a well as I'm told...maybe so it can be located via sattelite and coordintaes recorded? Also the wells light-up with fireballs ocassionally to to burn-off some of the excess gas, etc. Do you have fracking or oil site in that area...more than likely so.
