The elected officials at Detroit have stolen the money. Most of them were black.

Several years ago black institution Knoxville College had zero dollars in their bank account. It was discovered that the then-PRESIDENT of the institution had stolen all of the money from the bank account.

The police take a very long time to show up, if at all. But they do take the time to check bars for proper paperwork on a very busy Saturday night. Shutting down the bar I was in. With threats of a fine.
I know the owner, the paperwork was there just not on the wall.

Over here they are not allowed to go on strike.

Come from a LEO family. I don't know if this is still true today, but in DC you would get double time pay for being in court. That is just a motivation to arrest anyone for anything.

The pay and benefits were pretty good as far as on the nation wide scale.
