I know very little about analyzing UFO footage for authenticity, but I will say this: CGI technology has advanced to such a point in this post-modern era that the only TRUE smoking gun for disclosure will be an actual landing of ET craft(s). Direct contact, if you will.

That being said, the only legit videos that are going to come out will only be the ones that have numerous versions from different people and viewpoints.

But how would that happen if the government won't release them?

Things can and do get leaked from time to time. But it's so difficult to be sure of the authenticity of footage these days due to advanced CGI.
