New law --- California school children may now choose their gender ID and use opposite sex'bathrooms/showers/etc.

It's California....they have had rubber dispensers since kindergarten.

I threw out one possible scenario and was criticised here. Other possibilities - a few kids will try this, and the novelty soon wears off. Eighteen y/o girls may seek out young boys in the shower/bathrooms for oral sex (and more), just think of the cell phone photo possibilities, etc. And, yes, in mixed-race school situations, older blacks/Mexicans/whoever may claim gender ID issues to shower and relieve themselves around/with young white girls. Who knows what will happen? Maybe the kids will collectively regain their senses after a while of this behaviour, and turn it all against the adult liberals foisting this upon them.

Rapes will definitely go up.

I think most women don't want other PEOPLE seeing them naked, and it's not so much whether those people are other women or men. That's why female bathrooms have stalls already.

But I see a lot of fathers with daughters wanting to protect them from being with guys in the bathroom.

Why? It would be extremely difficult to complete a rape in a crowded school bathroom, with people walking by in the hallways etc.

Now if the girl consents at the time and is quiet, but changes her mind later, that sort of "rape" report could well increase.

I'm not condoning this but all it'll take to end this stupidity is for a group of girls to conspire and claim a male student did or tried something.
Lawsuits to the school district, city, and state will show them how dangerous this is for them.

They don't care about the danger to the students but when they realize the danger to their money things will change.

I just wonder how many settlements will have to be paid out before they change everything back to normal.

I just spent a couple of years in Wisconsin and it's a great place. beautiful country and people stick together and help each other through illnesses and tragedies like I've never seen. And EVERYONE was sleeping, or had slept with EVERYONE in the small towns. WAY(!!!) more "loose" than in Cal. It think it's the cold winters? I was amazed. and I completely abstained because basically, if you sleep with one girl there, you've slept with the whole county. A NICE county. But...

This'll be my 3rd and last comment on this thread (responding to the preceding person who asked what 18 y/o guy would wish to get close to a 13 y/o girl. I don't know, haven't been in school for many years, and wasn't so inclined myself. But to throw the doors wide open to the general populace of millions of children, you simply have to consider all the possibilities. Sooner or later - rarely, infrequently, or more generally, depending upon the sexual proclivitiy - these things will certainly take place.

Boys are naturally the curious sort and thing "this will open the door to the promised land!" We're wired that way. Whereas at that age, girls can be much sneakier and more scheming. Now instead of girls just plotting against each other, boys will have to put up with more of it too.

Actually it removes a lot of protection that boys have. Oh well, so what else is new.

Our local YMCA had removable ceiling tiles and once some of us boys went up the wall in the men's side and had a look down into the women's. Ah happy days ...
