A dude i worked with swore up and down that after an intense quija board session his young son developed a pimple-like sore, and when popped, out came a small wiggling feather with a tiny human face on the end of the quill.

Ouija board=Witch Board, a tool for summoning demons, as i know demons exist, and that ouija boards are cursed in general, science can say all they want, they are still full of shit on this.

DO NOT mess with a ouija board.

According to science ghosts don't exist either.
Hell i have seen ghosts many times.

First time it scared the hell out of me. Some guy (bright light, just like from a projector screen) was walking parallel to the wall in my bedroom (i was in my bed), he stopped, turned and stared at me! I stood up, turned on the lights and he was gone, my heart was racing and pounding. Could not sleep for three nights.

Couple years later i have even seen a naked lady (she looked from the 1930s or something) in my bedroom. I actually enjoyed that :-) i also was surprised.

I have also seen a floating head from a negro man.

It doesn't bother me anymore, i am not afraid anymore; ghosts are everywhere around us in another dimension.

Wow...that's crazy. Let's just say that I've had a very similar experience.
 Quoting: *Rhombus*

BTW, this is not a personal question... Do you think J.J.Abrahams will improve the thing, or probably NOT, reluctant Disney Princess?
 Quoting: Inerrancia

I was indignant when Disney bought the franchise, but I have high hopes now that Abrahams is involved. Fringe is one of my favorite shows of all time.

I'm glad you get the joke...most think I'm calling myself a princess and tell me to get over myself. ;)
 Quoting: *Rhombus*

hf Well, let see. I did enjoy the hugely funny & epic nonsense of Abrahams' Star Trek, but the second movie was really disappointing for me -sigh- Anyway, a bit more of sense of humor and irony on Star Wars shall be welcome.

They dont want you to catch on how vast the creation is, They want you in the here and now only, being ignorant so we can stuff our pie hole with twinkies and slave away and shop at Walmart.

Which reminds me, Im out of paper towels and office supplies, off to Walmart or Office Max to buy some .

To many, Ouija boards are a sign of dark magic, a way to allow people to receive messages from the spirit world by being guided around the board's letters.

However, the Victorian parlor game, and other 'spiritual' devices such as dowsing wands, are guided by the people holding them, scientists have found.

Under a phenomenon known as the ideomotor effect, muscles and movements can move without a person being aware of the action, leading many to believe they have witnessed some form of magic, according to BBC Future.

When I was doing magick, I messed up on the pronunciation of one of my incantations.

I brought a golum/gremblim type of creature into my house, It had fangs and pointy ears

He wreaked havoc with me for two weeks before he left.

When he entered my house, there was a strong wind and a noise like he was spit out of a portal.

he played with empty water bottles and would crinkle them over my head and throw them at me when I tried sleeping. He would step on me, poke me on the side, and open and close doors and jump on the bed.

When I confronted it, he would hiss at me or run off.

I heard another windstorm and saw him jump back into his portal from which he came.

Same with me. The last time I did so I had put it in my jeep to take it from my office to my home where I could burn it.

Before I could get it home my 16 year old drove the jeep to the store. Got that dreaded phone call your child has been in a wreck. When I got there she was lying on the pavement and that devil board was lying about 2 feet away from her head.

She was ok but I felt it was a direct message to me from whatever controlled that board. I did burn it and took the ashes and spread them out way away from home.

Heres a little background on Golem from Jewish virtual Library.

Often in Ashkenazi Hasidic lore, the golem would come to life and serve his creators by doing tasks assigned to him. The most well-known story of the golem is connected to Rabbi Judah Loew ben Bezalel, the Maharal of Prague (1513-1609). It was said that he created a golem out of clay to protect the Jewish community from Blood Libel and to help out doing physical labor, since golems are very strong. Another version says it was close to Easter, in the spring of 1580 and a Jew-hating priest was trying to incite the Christians against the Jews. So the golem protected the community during the Easter season. Both versions recall the golem running amok and threatening innocent lives, so Rabbi Loew removed the Divine Name, rendering the golem lifeless.

That isn't the reason. Played with one as a kid and really creeped me out.

My mother asked questions (she didn't touch the board), and she was stunned at the responses. There was no way my friend and I would've known the answers to the questions my mother asked.

Am afraid to touch one again... .

You dont need a physical body to be alive. Science always will deny this. Yet we live in a world with radio and digital signals.

The air is full of electromagnetic energy and creatures that feed off of energy. Using EMF detectors, you will notice spikes in places that are haunted.

Re: Science Explains The Quija Board
I did it at my cousins when I was 18...I was living with them for a few months because I was going through some rough times and so were they. They were quite about eleven years older than me, my cousin and his wife, and they had just lost their only child to cancer when he was just eight years old. My cousin had to work and his wife was very depressed and at home alone during the day so I needed a place to stay and she needed the company. She was doing a lot of reading about the paranormal because she wanted to contact her dead son. She would leave his bedroom door open and the nightlight on for him at night. Anyway...to make a long story short she had me go to the toy store and buy a Ouija board and we all sat down and played it one night. I thought my cousin was moving it around because he's quite the prankster...but we all took our hands off the pointer and it was moving on its own without any help from us. It spelled out the name of my husband nine years before I ever met him...he has a pretty unusual name so it stuck with me and I always remember thinking after we got married that the Ouija board really did work! Creepy though...we only played it that one time and I never wanted to do it again.

shocked
 Quoting: watcher 35817171

My story is very similar. When I was 19 (many years ago) the Ouija board predicted my future husband. It also told me where he was living at the time. This was many years before I met him! Unlike you, I did not quit using it right away. I would go on to have many, many other experiences. None of which could have been known by me or my best friend. It is not something to be messed with because you are communicating with the unknown.

Science doesn't try to deny anything. People use science to try to explain what we haven't yet explained. Of course it can be wrong, but they try to explain it the best way they can. Science doesn't try to eliminate spiritual stuff, it just can't measure it therefore we don't know if it exists.

I don't believe in ouija boards being bad and getting dangerous spirits out but I could be wrong.

Science is the best we can do.

The Scientific study of Ouija Board`s is accurate, but they don`t realize that this is HOW the Spirit wishing to communicate actually operates. Through the aspects of the arm muscles that are not Consciously Controlled by the willing subject who serves as a living mode of communication between the Physical and Spiritual planes of existence.
