Always a first reaction of mine, totally agree.

People who think it is too expensive should think again.
Work evenings if you need to, homeschool during the day.

You will save a TON on therapy for your screwed up kids, but that, of course is secondary.

Main thing is to protect your kids.

Oh for heavens sakes, could you imagine a teacher today discussing Tom and Becky Sharpe's adventures in the cave?

can you even remember there was a time when kids were taught Wood Shop?

now it's DIY for sex, not bookshelves.


if they had sewing in home ec today, what would they be sewing? G-strings?

i shudder to think. geez, i know people that made pipes in woodshop and materials class in high school!

maybe once it's dialed down a notch and made into a Pop-Up book parents will feel better about having it in the house.

That is outrageous, yes it's understandable that we are all curious at one point or the other but I believe that is a talk for a parent to give. I don't understand why they fund this sort of crap. Why aren't they filling their brains with wonderful education about science or just regular literature you read in 6th grade....

Children are wonderful. But I never want to raise one in this fucked up world..

The other team seems to think enough is enough, and your days are numbered.

no one in a school really wants to admit that many kids will not participate in lessons that don't "engage" them.

So they are "engaging" them with the subject matter in this book - so they can teach them "tolerance" later in the year, before "Winter Break" (Christmas vacation).

Kids mature differently.....I was a 'late bloomer' for sure, but sure made up for it when I found out what 'it' was all about!! lol

I have gay friends who have been propositioned by 14 yr. old boys in public restrooms.....so let's face it, parents, your kids may not be as 'angelic' about sex as you thought.

HOWEVER that being said, I find it appalling that ALL kids of a certain age group are going to be exposed to this stuff, where many of them would not be ready to confront it.......

so just what in the HELL are these people thinking?

I do think, though, that masturbation should be encouraged, to some extent, if for no other reason than that it MAY just help cut down on teen pregnancies!!!

also, ALL teens should learn how to put a condom on.....both boys and girls.....in case they 'just can't wait'.

and more ladies in general should learn how to give HEAD........you don't have to swallow if the guy's wearing a condom!!!

And just think of all the unwanted babies you'd be avoiding!!
