i would call it unlikely that they would happen to travel here, to this solar system. you would have to have means to know that there is intelligent or pretend intelligent life here.

there is no "hope" for me in a way i did have a kind of contact with them in the distant past and again today. i view them with "skeptic suspicion"...it is also unlikely that they go down to lower orbit or into the atmosphere. not saying that is impossible but obviously rare.

You could fly the Star Trek Enterprise around and it would be explained away...

First of all let me say that i do believe that Demons and Fallen Angels and Angels exist, the Aliens are however biological beings with similarities or not so great similarities with us. They obviously are not Christians. You can actually attempt to convert them...

...but don't waste your time with it.

If .gov came out tomorrow to disclose the existence of extraterrestrials, everyone would say "tell us something we don't know".
