Benghazi is SO bad that the WH had to deliberately leak the IRS Scandal to distract attention from it. Benghazi was a failed / disrupted kidnapping attempt that the Obama Admin was in on. Obama went to bed that night because he expected to wake up to a contrived hostage situation.
