fond memory -
missed getting tickets for an Arcade Fire gig in Big Sur-
they did it to raise funds for the Henry Miller Library -
only 200+ people got to see them.
Anyway, despite not having tickets i went and I hid in the hills in the dark to at least listen to the show....

this was just off of highway 1 -- pacific coast highway -- where a lot of the road is some 1,000 feet above the sea....
and here i was on a cliff in the dark, with the ocean roaring below me - traipsing by moonlight and a cigarette listening to Arcade Fire blare away in the night air......

those were the days....(actually, it was just a year ago).....LOL
