So do those Russian ships parked by Cuba have Nukes on them?

ok, so recently a N Korea shipped was stopped in Panama canal for having sophisticated weapons on board from Cuba....ummm... so a poverty stricken nation produced these missiles...hmmm....doubt it... where did Cuba get this weapons to sell/give to N.Korea??? and how much more missiles/weapons do they have there in Cuba? Maybe these 4 Russian warships docked there are making some friendly deliveries??
