2010 Treaty With Off World “Settlers” Begs Nuke First Strike

By Gordon Duff, Senior Editor

On November 9, 2010, a Chinese nuclear submarine, inside US territorial waters off Los Angeles, fired an ICBM skyward.

The US military claimed it never happened. Missile specialist consulted by Veterans Today confirmed the type, size and fuel mixture used and cited the launch as a Chinese ICBM from a place no Chinese submarine could possibly ever approach.

The Russians tried for decades and never got that close. They would have never launched a missile as it should have initiated DEFCON 1 and a full nuclear attack.
It should have except that the Chinese had warned at least 12 select nations that they would be demonstrating a capability proving they had access to off world military technology and would be giving a demonstration.
Many of the US scientists involved in the Manhattan project suggested that an atomic bomb be “demonstrated” rather than dropped on Hiroshima.

The announcement was made through the delivery of at least 12 electronically secured briefcases to the embassies of 12+ nations, briefcases which were opened on October 13, 2010.

This follows on from the "berzerk" thread, where Duncan Roads (editor of Nexus Magazine) posted a lot of info:

Recap of the thread is close to the top here:

It's related to the intelligent oil and the Falkland Wars and deaths of about 2 dozen Marconi scientists.

Here's a good summary of that:

the launch was on the exact day clinton said that nk would be submarine missile capable.he said it would happen within 15yrs.the launch was exactly to the day.
these statements by the military and press are distraction from the fact that nk can launch right of the coast in our waters and there is nothing we can do about it.nk could level LA in five minutes.
this story is really bringing out the paid shills.keep a list for future reference.

2010 Treaty With Off World “Settlers” Begs Nuke First Strike

By Gordon Duff, Senior Editor

The US military claimed it never happened. Missile specialist consulted by Veterans Today confirmed the type, size and fuel mixture used and cited the launch as a Chinese ICBM from a place no Chinese submarine could possibly ever approach.

Thread: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine (Page 1398)

Hey, Duncan, your info was spot on. Any updates?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44215412

The original intel for all this was leaked via the infamous BEZERK thread.

There was no specific external corroboration of what was being leaked by the RAND Rubicon revealers, (ie the mystery black organism/oil/goo and the surrounding geopolitics) until the morning of Oct 13.

The Briefcase thread ( Thread: Chinese briefcases were opened today - what will you be told? was created to become an outlet for any further corroboration or discussion of the Chinese connection.

The ONLY other corroboration that emerged, was via Benjamin Fulford, who is, and always has been, a CIA employee on some news stirring agenda. Ben confirmed a high-level meeting of Chinese secret power brokers, in which the main agenda topic was about how China had a new ally (ETs), new technology, and a new role in geopolitics of the future. Ben assumed the ET refs were some sort of code.

Abductee Alec Newald, (see CoEvolution) was told of how his ET captors/guides had encountered a mystery black substance, kept inert under cold temps, that was a serious problem to their own plans involving Earth. These ETs specifically set up a small base camp on the islands south of the Falklands to work out a way to try to neutralise the black nano-organism, but were 'moved along' when UK warships pounded the crap out of the island under the cover of the Falklands War.

That bunch of Marconi scientists who all 'suicided' so spectacularly a few decades ago - it was found by David Griffin that these people were all working on some mystery black fluid, that was 'programmable' and intelligent.

All very well and good, but IF the black organism WAS a genuine threat and had NOT been contained via 'normal' Earth technology, then we would expect matters to escalate.

Two years later, more and more intel about this has filtered down the paygrades, into the ears of people like Gordon Duff - who seeks to make sense of it all.

If the Chinese had "otherwordly" technology they would:

1) find a way to make their penises bigger

2) send out holographic communication around the world instead of the archaic use of briefcases

If you find the original thread there is a lot more info.

Most interesting is that the Japanese were approached by the Chinese to join up with them, since they have similar DNA - but the Japanese REFUSED!

Which tells me that the American aliens have a bigger gun.

Here's the relevant bit:

MONGOL GENES
Confirmation for this is high.

Using the term “Mongol,” there is said to be a genetic relationship to our upcoming “settlers” and people who carry genetic markers that fall within the broader context of “Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Mongol.”

China has approached Japan as a “genetic partner,” and suggested Japan join in their treaty. (full confirmation)

Japan has refused. (full confirmation)
