2010 Treaty With Off World “Settlers” Begs Nuke First Strike

On November 9, 2010, a Chinese nuclear submarine, inside US territorial waters off Los Angeles, fired an ICBM skyward.
The US military claimed it never happened. Missile specialist consulted by Veterans Today confirmed the type, size and fuel mixture used and cited the launch as a Chinese ICBM from a place no Chinese submarine could possibly ever approach.
The Russians tried for decades and never got that close. They would have never launched a missile as it should have initiated DEFCON 1 and a full nuclear attack.
It should have except that the Chinese had warned at least 12 select nations that they would be demonstrating a capability proving they had access to off world military technology and would be giving a demonstration.
Many of the US scientists involved in the Manhattan project suggested that an atomic bomb be “demonstrated” rather than dropped on Hiroshima.
The announcement was made through the delivery of at least 12 electronically secured briefcases to the embassies of 12+ nations, briefcases which were opened on October 13, 2010.This follows on from the "berzerk" thread, where Duncan Roads (editor of Nexus Magazine) posted a lot of info:

The original intel for all this was leaked via the infamous BEZERK thread.
There was no specific external corroboration of what was being leaked by the RAND Rubicon revealers, (ie the mystery black organism/oil/goo and the surrounding geopolitics) until the morning of Oct 13.

The ONLY other corroboration that emerged, was via Benjamin Fulford, who is, and always has been, a CIA employee on some news stirring agenda. Ben confirmed a high-level meeting of Chinese secret power brokers, in which the main agenda topic was about how China had a new ally (ETs), new technology, and a new role in geopolitics of the future. Ben assumed the ET refs were some sort of code.
Abductee Alec Newald, (see
CoEvolution) was told of how his ET captors/guides had encountered a mystery black substance, kept inert under cold temps, that was a serious problem to their own plans involving Earth. These ETs specifically set up a small base camp on the islands south of the Falklands to work out a way to try to neutralise the black nano-organism, but were 'moved along' when UK warships pounded the crap out of the island under the cover of the Falklands War.
That bunch of Marconi scientists who all 'suicided' so spectacularly a few decades ago - it was found by David Griffin that these people were all working on some mystery black fluid, that was 'programmable' and intelligent.
All very well and good, but IF the black organism WAS a genuine threat and had NOT been contained via 'normal' Earth technology, then we would expect matters to escalate.
Two years later, more and more intel about this has filtered down the paygrades, into the ears of people like Gordon Duff - who seeks to make sense of it all.
