Holy Shit! I live in Arkansas and I have a large garden of Gerber Daisies. Back in 2011, my flowers did the same thing. See we had lots of rain in the months following the dumb ass energy liability TEPCO created for all life on this earth. Anyway, my flowers did exactly that. The article does say that the radiation spewing out now is less than the "112 Hiroshima Nuclear Bombs" now but they don't know how much less.

So to just run out and say that Fukushima is spewing out that much radiation presently per hour would be incorrect.

Solar power is a great idea and I agree wholeheartedly but, the world would have to be depopulated to a level where solar energy could effectively meet the demand. At todays solar tech level, there is a strict, conversion to usage ratio.

For those that have been taught the basic of Nuke power it's really hard and sad to read the carefree and immature remarks about this event. This is not like pulling a trigger and instantly killing your target. This is a stranger slipping a tiny bit of death in 80% of the worlds population everyday for 1000 plus years. It's the sad truth and the scale of it is to large to grasp.
