If all of this madness is not enough, if you can stand what I am about to tell you, then let me give you the real "final blow" that we may be facing.

Fukushima happened because salt water from the tsunami shorted out all of the electrical systems and thus the pumps and generators in the plants. Thus no cooling water could be circulated to the core.

These reactors need cooling water pumped into the core even if the core is shut down quickly (scrammed). That means electricity must be available to run the cooling pumps either from the grid or from diesel generators.

Well, there has been much talk lately about the possibility of our sun sending out a huge EMP (Electro-Magnetic-Pulse) that would destroy all the grids and fry all electronic circuits in all of our technology, including in diesel generators.

So, then their would be no power from any source to run the cooling pumps...

If this were to happen, ALL nuclear reactors in the WORLD would melt down... ALL of those affected by the EMP anyway.

That would be the final blow to mankind. BUT, this is ONLY a possibility. The Fukushima reactor meltdowns are REAL and are now.

The other possibilities may not ever happen, at least I hope not...

This could have happened at any cooling water reactor in the world. Yes, they were EXTRA stupid to put all of these reactors on the coast, but we have them on the coast ALSO.

I knew better. I knew how technology fails and had a lot of experience with that reality. I also knew the more complicated a given technology, the more likely it would fail or falter and the less likely all contingencies could be foreseen.

I couldn't cite many sources for my scenario of an uncontrolled runaway reaction, there were none really, just a few hypothetical scenarios published by authors who were of course labeled chicken littles.

The asshole teacher of that class failed me right before graduation, and like you I had been awarded a scholarship and been accepted at several leading universities, including MIT ,Sanford and Texas A&M among others. All of my scholastic aptitude test results were 99th percentile.

This is what has bothered me about The Walking Dead. Not making light of your statements...I think you are 100% correct in your estimate of catastrophe. I'm just pointing out that the masses seem to give little thought to what would happen with the very large number of potentially earth destroying nuclear reactors located all over the planet. I helped build a nuclear power plant years ago down in New Orleans on the Mississippi River called Waterford III. After that experience, I'm surprised that we have had as few disasters as we have!

I always knew that they were a disaster in the making and I was not surprised the way this turned out.

Just saddened that people still believe that technology is our savior. People will learn soon that technology has never been the answer, but our downfall...

Ok, I know that all of this doom is quite overwhelming and frightening for most people. Again, I'm NOT trying to frighten you. I am just sick and tired of the constant lies and deception. Truth is needed now more than ever before.

For me, this is a time for us to find the warrior within each of us and to be strong. This is not a time to give up and to hide in some hole in the ground waiting to die.

Many will need help from those with strength and courage. For those with discipline and that refuse to be afraid, you will be needed to help others, especially the young, the old and the sick.

Now think about the supposed melt down. How do they keep fissioning when melted?

The supposed spent fuel pools that hold the supposed spent fuel rods, apparently you can actually swim in them. Did you know that?

They are all situated near the sea, yet they work by using fresh water, hmmm.

How about, they are really hydrogen ran plants with the hydrogen extracted from the sea and the so called poisonous uranium rods are really electrolysis rods.
Maybe the spent fuel pools are dump loads for siphoning off excess electricity when demand is low by heating up, like elements, because there is no safe way to store excess power.

Well, I'm in Japan and I've heard just about everything that has been said or reported since day one.

They could have done something about it. I mean there was genuine reason to believe that had they taken action earlier they could have largely or completely avoided poisoning the globe.

One remark made by a TEPCO spokesman lingers forever in my mind because he said that to build a containment wall would have reflected badly on TEPCO share prices, so they didn't do it.

In the early days, building a containment was actually possible. That bridge has been burned now.

Now the plant is certain to just kill and destroy for (virtually) ever, the J gov and their sponsors at corporations such as TEPCO are over the moon because they can find ways to make money out of this disaster and the worse it gets the more they make.

Where is your proof for any of this supposition? Any proof at all or are you just creating a fantasy in your hear?
