Obama - Exec ORDER tells SCHOOLS to CUT DOWN on the DISCIPLINE of UNRULY BLACK STUDENTS!

On July 26th Obama signed an executive order titled the “African American Education Initiative.” The order essentially gives a green light for black students to misbehave in public schools. In two places, Obama’s executive order calls on schools to reduce the number disciplinary actions taken against blacks students. The order specifically calls on schools too “not rely on methods that result in disparate use of disciplinary tools.”

To comply, public schools would have to engage in a racial quota system of discipline. The executive order will create a new Federal bureaucracy to pressure school systems to comply with the president’s demands. The executive order makes no mention of any effort to get black students to improve behavior.

That final clause is meant to notify that the Federal Govt is absolved of any legal responsibility & cannot be pursued for any damages incurred as a result of the order.

It really doesn't matter where I live ~ in Texas. Students are equally disciplined.
I don't think anybody replying to this thread actually read the EO. It pretty much talks about head start type programs.

I didn't see where it said anything about "Cutting down the discipline of unruly black students." So ~ would someone kindly tell me where to find that in the order?

Seems like everybody on this thread is spinning themselves into a tizzy over something that is not even in this order. The date on this EO is July 26, 2012. That's well over a year ago people.

Discipline starts at home. Thank goodness this wasn't around when I was in school. Teachers would whip students all the time. Ethnicity didn't matter.

Unemployed immigrants get 3000 USD a month (no taxes) from the state, while an unemployed swede gets maybe half of that. Now the fucked up politicans want to give immigrants free driving lessons (costs alot in Sweden).

Illegal immigrants hiding in Sweden (nowadays called "paperless") have the right to free health care, free dental care and free schools for their kids. Sweden's biggest newspaper suggested some months ago that they should have the right to swedish social aid and the right to vote. And the police is not allowed to ask for identification papers if they have not committed a crime. Health care workers, teachers and social workers are not allowed to tell the police where the illegal immigrants live.

Sorry, I taught and was administrator in Texas for 30 years....the state education agency DOES monitor the ethnicity percentage on discipline referrals...has been for the last few years (comes from Feds)if not balanced to thrir standards (ethnicity)can lead to lack of funding approval,etc.

Build schools that look like prisons and treat both the faculty and the students like prisoners and you will get prison behaviour.
