Sounds pretty messed up that he's only going to worry about black students, no references or extra aid for other minority students.
More preferential treatment for his "sons and daughters".
It's a losing fight because education isn't valued in Black culture. It's playing the White Man's game to go school.
Broken homes don't help either. Availability of living-wage jobs would help too.
Naw, just sign some EO that makes it look like you're addressing the problem instead of just papering over it.
