America can stop this thing, just by not enrolling.
Enrollment is critical to it's operation.

Well, it says right in the bill that they can not put you in jail for not paying the fine. See where I'm going with this? Besides, how many people in their early 20s do you know with an extra two-three hundred bucks a month for insurance? Dunno. They can stay on their parents' healthcare plan till they turn 26. One question... If their parents that did not have health insurance and got them today, would that mean that their adult sons or daughters not yet 26 be automatically be on their parents' plan?
