I think the question you're asking is if you can have an orgasm without ejaculating. In that case I'd say you can have something like half an orgasm and not ejaculate if you stop right before it happens. That's a good training to last a lot having sex too.

Why has nobody mentioned that OP has it backwards? It should be having an Orgasm without ejaculation. The loss of ejaculate is what depletes you, not the Orgasm.
