The 13-year old went to authorities and reported that this bunch of 15-year old"Thugs"tried to sell him some marijuana.Somebody"ratted him out"and he got ,the beating of his life.Oh yeah,he is White and the three who broke his arm,etc. are Black.But this WASN'T A"HATE CRIME"???????????????
