Probably thanks to the Congressional sequester, which put some air traffic controllers on furlough. The recent LA crash landing was also indirectly due to the sequester.

We can also thank Ronnie for creating the precedent of union busting the air traffic controllers.

I'm here for three reasons, talking about booze, hitting on chicks with hot avatars, bringing knowledge only an uncle knows and learning how to count...

Less thinking, more drinking...

That's about as close as it gets before we see it on the news for all the wrong reasons.
I'm only human, it's my biggest flaw.

We must all realize a sink a chair and a pillow are all luxuries of home and a soldiers helmet takes the place of all three.

There are no FAA air traffic controllers on furlough, in fact there are no FAA employees being furloughed. That changed a while back.

I was furloughed, luckily it was only 4 days because I'm in the Air National Guard, and we ware the uniform. Active duty didn't get furloughed at all.
