Did the Smurfs intro predict Fukushima?

It's interesting because this Smurf intro raises an important question that I haven't seen a good answer to.

When Gargamel calls for "total destruction" doesn't he realize that he will eventually be destroyed too?

If Fukushima was intentional then don't the perpetrators realize that they will also be destroyed if there's total destruction?

Any thoughts on that?

The first book I read about the Smurfs as a kid was in Spanish, because my sister bought if for me while in Mexico on a school trip.

Are there really people as evil as Gargamel out there?

It's interesting because most of us grew up watching the Smurfs but I didn't realize how evil Gargamel is until after I became an adult.

I just watched "The Secret if NIMH". I used to watch it when I was very young. Its been many years since I have seen it.
