Trinity Symbol. What is it?
This isn't a "Christian" debate or a "God isn't real" debate. I'm just looking for some facts on the origin of the Trinity symbol. I have come across so far that it is Celtic and used in Wicca. What else do you know about this symbol? Please share links.

Re: Trinity Symbol. What is it?
(for Christians) it's the sign of the father, the son, and the holy spirit.

It was also used in Charmed, a show about witches.

I watched Charmed, every time the symbol was shown on the screen, I'd put my hand up to it and felt a rush of energy (yep, prob just psychological, but i liked it). It became my first, and so far only, tattoo :) FYI, not for the 'witch symbol', but because I also had this pull toward celtic symbols lol Just thought it was beautiful- it's a never ending knot.
