You should check the first 20 threads on this same topic. A satire site first put this out. Snowden has not made such claims. Nor are his Twitter accounts actually him. I'm not one to debunk everything or anything. But this was literally debunked many times.

Although I'd love to hear it straight from Snowden in an interview, I believe this information to be valid. The sun is going through a pole shift and could burst out massive amounts of radiation.

Someone's taking extra effort to create so many disinfo and false claims. "They" are hoping to drown out voices with valid info and so that when the time comes for the real deal, ppl would be oblivious to anyone warning them.
If you're interested in Kill shot event, research Major Ed Dames, he was part of the original Remote viewing project (Stargate project) and he sounds sincere and legite.
So even if Snowden would have any information on that, it would be info gained through the remote viewing project. But even remote viewers themselves can't put events they see into a precise timeframe so Snowden most definitely wouldn't know more than them.
