Yankee Stadium has been doing that for years! The last time I was there about 7 years ago I got a complimentary pat down too. I was sitting with the bleacher creatures so maybe that's why LOL

I still don't think banning purses, stockings g-strings etc will neither A)...Make it a better game or B)...Hinder or improve player performance.

You can bring ANY snacks and water (16 oz sealed) into Qualcomm. Also you can bring booze if it is solid (jello shots). In gallon size baggies. We probably push our luck with the jello shots, but they always get through. I make 300 for our tailgate, and bring what is left into the game.

Chargers sent me three clear bags (I have three season tickets). And for privacy (like feminine products) you can bring a hand sized non clear purse.

I'm not super happy with the changes, but it's not as the OP says.. "YOU WILL BUY OUR FOOD".

That is so true. There are just some things you need to take and you have to have a bag to take them in. And no woman wants people to see pads/tampons or any other personal items. And there are some very private medical stuff a guy may need to take in as well.

They have to realize that women have needs and can't just carry stuff in their pockets.

You can carry a non clear clutch purse, same as if you are going out. As a woman, I do not need anything larger than a clutch purse, even at that time of the month. lol..

You can also bring in medical supplies or a diaper bag.. But just as ALL bags were searched before, they will need to be searched.

Many people would never do that. They would put up with anything just to see a game. They will forfeit freedom for supposed security. But there is no security for someone who really wants to make trouble.

I think you forgot what purses are used for by women. It is our wallet, snd where we put certain items we need once a month. Guess we will have to carry them in plain site? What about diaper bags?

Um. In Columbus, you had to go through everything but a colon check to go to a Columbus Blue Jackets Hockey game and so this is normal for us....

True, and believe me as a 17 year season ticket holder, I am not thrilled with the changes, but you are right. I am not going to boycott the games. I have too much fun with all of my tailgate buddies. Plus I have front row endzone seats.

Same as if you are dressed up and going out for the evening.. Do you seriously need something bigger than a clutch purse for your feminine products???

Yes, certain items USED to be allowed. Went to an A's game one year and my buddy mixed bacardi & coke in a plastic cooler jug, they let him in with it, and his wife had all our snacks in her purse, security looked through the purse and didn't say a thing about our snacks. Not anymore i guess....

Just stick one on each ear, you know, like the way people put their cigarettes on their ears!

I think all stadiums have their own rules. It's been nearly 2 decades since you could bring in liquid booze to a Chargers game. We used to fill gallon jugs with beer. But you can STILL bring in food and sealed water (16oz sealed) I do bring in jello shots, and since they are solid, they let them through. Haven't tried the jello shots this year, I don't usually go to the pre season games. I give my tickets away.

We'll see..

But food and water is still allowed.

Take the kids, fill your bag with used sanitary products and nappies. enjoy, tptb drones.

Honestly, what is it that you absolutely need, and can't live without for 3 hours, that won't fit in your pockets?

Depends on the person. Girly products (should fit into the clutch size fine), insulin, diapers, etc.

But all of those are allowed in.

Bags have been searched for at least a decade, so the above items will still need to be searched.
