My father has the same problem; his is due to too much blood thinners: fish oil, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, raw garlic...

Because a lot of young women are low in vitamin K and thin, bruising happens easily. The same can happen from low vitamin C.

A young person often eats junk food. It would be wisdom to find a vitamin with K in it and load up on spinach salad and other fresh greens. Whatever your body can't absorb with vitamins (other than vitamin A never take too much as it's toxic) it will eliminate.

You're not taking aspirin every day, are you? If someone was doing that, your platelets would be very low and could cause bleeding too.

If you start feeling tired all the time, you might do a routine blood test to see if you're anemic. Listen to your body. Even young people get ill. You're not invlunerable. Take care of yourself and report back.
