One of the biggest problems with society...
One of the problems of society is that the vast majority of people living in it, are stuck (or so they think) doing things they don’t enjoy or want to be doing at all in order to make money. Unfortunately, many people put themselves in situations where they have to end up working a job unsuited to them in order to not only attain money and spend it on whatever they please, but also in order to survive. I think it’s rather easy to understand why so many people in society are unsatisfied, not fulfilled enough, and unhappy.
One reason why this is could very well be because people are working the wrong jobs. Because of the opportunities that they either neglected or accepted in life, people are ending up working jobs that may be best suited to their skills or desires as far as careers are concerned. How many dishwashers, construction workers, janitors and fry-cooks are really getting what they want out of their careers?

Why is it that people choose these kinds of jobs?
Well, some people just sort of go with the flow in society, and do everything authority tells them to do, that can be a ticket to fry-cookery. It might also lead to riches, but many rich people are just as unsatisfied and unhappy as poor people. Even the riches of the world do not satisfy everyone’s desires and values.
Other people end up lying to themselves, and convincing themselves that they should do one job instead of the other. This happens when people are tempted by the presence of money and security. How many natural born artists end up working jobs completed unrelated to art? I can tell you, it’s a lot, and it’s sad. They end up doing this because people convince them and eventually the artists convince themselves that it would be too difficult or impossible for them to manifest their dreams at all, or without working.
People say “How do you think you’re going to afford art supplies and be able to feed yourself if you don’t work this job x or job y or z?” Our society hammers this idea into our youths developing minds, and the young artists stray away from their dreams.
Art is just one example. There’s musicians, scientists, authors, leaders and all sorts of interesting people working rather drab careers because they are convinced that they chose the safer path or the one that would be more likely to succeed.
And yet, other people know what their dreams are and how they could manifest them, yet they don’t because they end up settling for what they already have. They would prefer security and money and consistency rather than the full on realization of their dreams becoming manifested.
Society is very bent on making its inhabitants live rather dull lifestyles. Many people will try to convince each other that this or that is impossible, or that you can’t do that without doing this, or that you’ll be poor if you try that. As a result, people end up joining the flock, and end up unsatisfied. Society works to take the individuality out of people and mold them into a mundane version of themselves.

Society often ridicules or looks down on people who are different, when in fact the beauty of people is their uniqueness. Each and every human being is a completely different person with different memories, experiences, attitudes, perceptions, beliefs, ideas and personalities. Yet society wants to dim people down, blur these things into corporate offices, fax machines, and doubt.
People, we need to stop doubting each other and ourselves if we want to be happy and satisfied with our lives. We need to realize our dreams and make them a reality. Sometimes you might need to think outside of the box, but don’t listen to what other people say about your dreams, unless they’re trying to help you fulfill them! Remember, where there is a will, there is a way, and it starts with one. That one, is you.

I wish people would stop being so damn brainwashed and just be
who they really are and stop idolizing these ignorant idiots. Seriously, how could people ignore the tragedies that happen everyday of the week? Look how stupid our education is. If you went to into any school in the country, the sheer number of dumbasses outnumber the educated! How is that possible?!? Yet, people would rather watch MTV or some meaningless reality show. Like WTF! I don't get how people can be so blind and not see the dumb shit that's being spewed every single day! And the people that do give a shit about what's going is like 12%!

I hear ya man. It's frustrating to live in a world where the voices of individuals are drowned out by the obnoxious ramblings of consumerism.
