HORRIFYING Dog Dragged Behind Truck ..No Charges Filed!

Coward bastard,I hope they put charges on him ,I hope his face is shown to everybody to see ,I want to know where and show the rest, I want the names of the officials that though this was nothing....oh how much we need to learn..do you realize this person can and would be violent toward anything? Psychopath shame ,shame.

The local news on TV keep showing a clip of a solid blood trail being followed by the news car. It makes me so sad and angry.

Call the bartow police dept. and express your disappointment and ask for something to be done to this person and any other person that think it can get away with it.tell them that this story it all over the Internet getting people furious and trying to know the full story...call the mayor..let inundate them with calls! We can't be quiet about this,

If this guy had had a baggy on him containing some white powder when arrested, he'd sure as hell be facing jail/prison time for that.

That's part of the problem, the jails and prison are so full from drug cases that there's no room for people who commit these sorts of "minor" violent crimes.

We had a guy here who violently attacked a teacher outside her school -- his punishment was to write a letter of apology and do some community service.

The legal system (not "justice" system, there is no justice) is BROKE.

This reminds me of the time I lived in Okeechobee, FL and I was behind a man that had his dog chained in the back of his truck. At the stop sign he took off rather fast and the dog being at the edge of the back tailgate which was down, fell out onto the road. The dog was being dragged and it only took me a second to realize he didn't know the dog had fallen out so I sped up as fast as I could, went around his truck and stopped my car in front of him. I then jumped out screaming at him that he was dragging his dog. Luckily the poor thing wasn't hurt because I didn't allow him to drive but a sec before I stopped him. It was obvious he was a low-life redneck piece of garbage. Apparently this happens more than we know.
