You need to find somebody who accepts you as your are, 100%. It is both simple yet difficult at the same time. Accepting somebody's faults and flaws takes maturity and deep love. When two people don't work out, it's nobody's fault. Just because a guy breaks up with or divorces his wife, it doesn't make him a slug. It's very difficult to force a relationship to work if your heart isn't in it.

I just separated from my wife of 16 years. I love her and want nothing but the best for her but I wasn't "in love" with her. We had two completely different lifestyles; I'm active and have to stay healthy due to a heart condition and COPD. She is seditary and gets no exercise and does nothing to take care of herself. I'm 52 going on 30, she's 56 going on 80. Sometimes it just doesn't work out.
