why are a 16 year old girl and a 40 year old guy talking on the phone to each other 13 times in one day?

how did authorities know it was the Andersons dead in DiMaggio's house and that Hannah was with him?

Initially they didn't, the Amber Alert was for both kids. It wasn't until they found brother's body that they realized it was only Hannah gone.

This comes in contrast to what Hannah Anderson told friends on social media after she was freed by FBI officials who found her with DiMaggio in Idaho.

When asked about their deaths on her Ask.fm account, Hannah said taht 'he tied them up in the garage'.

In another post she said DiMaggio had rigged the house with explosives that went off when they were on the road, so she was not aware that her mother and brother had been killed until she was told by an FBI agent an Idaho hospital after her rescue.

I'd hate to think she's in on it but her social media foray today coupled with the linked article, the thirteen calls and the fact that DiMaggio likely had NO motive to kill the mom and brother...it starts looking really bad.

I had a feeling there was more to the story. The person who reported seeing her in t e woods with him said she did not look in distress. I also remember when this so called abduction occurred her father said that her didn't notice any inappropriate behavior from James toward his daughter but now states his daughter expressed discomfort being around him. It's not uncommon for girls that age to vie for attention from older males especially ones who give them attention. Now before I get rotten tomatoes thrown at me I'm not saying she knew or was apart of the murders of her brother and mother; however I do believe and have felt like she planned on running away with James. Just my two cents, only time will tell. I don't belive she was a victim.

She claimed on ask.fm she "basically" hadn't eaten in 6 days. I might be a chub for this but I look and feel like absolute shit if I haven't eaten in 24 hours... wouldn't someone who hasn't eaten or slept much in 6 days look in "distress" whether they are emotionally stressed or not?

Everything will come out in the wash. Not saying the guy was innocent (he was probably an idiot creeper who actually thought he had a chance with her) but he's dead now so no one knows his side.

You're right, not sleeping and eating for that long would certainly cause obvious distress. Yes I got the creep vibes from the Father and I don't think he's being honest about his daughters relationship with James. Something about this whole story sinks. Too many inconsistencies.

James made sexual advances on Hannah, got rejected, then he and Hannah exchanged phone calls where he tried begging her not to tell her parents. However, she eventually told her mom and her mom freaked out and was going to tell the dad (his best friend) and James knew his life was fucked...

So he tried to silence mom and bro, cover everything up with a fire, and kidnap Hannah.

Could be that she was the real mastermind - the old dude was a creep anyway, but so totally infatuated with her that he would do anything for her, so she played him. Maybe she wanted the family out of the way and got him to do it.

There are too many inconsistencies in her "stories", not the least of which is her claim of not eating in 6 days, as you point out, plus first saying she didn't know her mother and brother were hurt or killed - but now says they were tied up and house was rigged to set on fire . . . what did she think happened?

She may well be a manipulative psychopath, but she is not smart . . . hopefully, a team of trained investigators will stay on the story and get to the truth.

The reporters asked the father about reports that DiMaggio had a major crush on the daughter.

I smell something fishy. Her story doesn't add up. The phone calls are a major clue. If they were all from the abductor, that's one thing. But if she called him? Well, you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to understand what was going on.

Whether or not he actually had weapons would be a crucial piece of the story. The media tells the public he did, but did he really? Where is the proof?
