they get the empty bags out of the trash cans, after the event ends, and collect all fingerprints,
and if you pot the bag to your mouth to get the crumbs, they get your DNA, too.
they can als use video and facial ID, at every trash can, to see who put a bag into a given trash can.

eat the chips, and PUT THE EMPTY BAG IN YOUR POCKET, throw it away at home,
or DO NOT TOUCH THE BAG AT ALL, is my advice.
